What you'll do
What makes you a great fit
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Set meetings with interested parties to learn about their current retention strategies and performance
- Help us improve our phone, email and video scripts
- Experiment with different sales cadences to improve effectiveness
- Continually build and improve your skills by attending industry webinars and training sessions
What we offer
- Previous experience prospecting and cold calling
- Confidence calling and presenting to C-level executives
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good time management/organizational skills
- Previous SaaS, startup or experience working with a small team
- Base $40-$45k with an OTE of $65-$75k
